"Although I am not their mother, I care for them each day. I cuddle, sing and read to them and watch them as they play. I see each new accomplishment and help them grow and learn. I understand their language and listen with concern. They come to me for comfort and I soothe away their tears. They proudly show their work to me. I give the loudest cheers! No, I am not their mother, but my role is just as strong. I nurture them and keep them safe, though maybe not for long. I know someday the time may come when we will have to part. But I know each child I have cared for is forever in my heart!"

A Mother's Heart Learning Center is a family committed to partnering with you in the nurture and development of your children.

We are a child's "home away from home" with a safe and enjoyable environment while maximizing their spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social potential. We incorporate strategic teaching techniques to cultivate your child's education and stimulate your children's curiosity and passion for learning.

PHILOSOPHY statement

Provide an environment that stimulates curiosity and learning opportunities in young children with a highly structured and supervised setting where children feel safe and secure. We believe in maximizing children's developmental functioning, providing readiness for future formal education, promoting early literacy and preparing children to be lifelong learners.

Ms. Trish has been working with children and education since 2003 as a Homeschool Instructor. Over the years she has progressed as a Consultant, Lead Teacher, and Center Director for learning academies and childcare programs. In 2018, she started family child development and in 2019 she opened group child development (A Mother's Heart Learning Center) in West Allis.

The teachers at AMHLC are client-focused and are a source of creativity and innovation to help mold the hearts and minds of future generations. Each teacher will be continually trained in their department through classes and videos to ensure safety of all children.
